  1. I love just about everything but I'm not feeling the liver D. The aftertaste bites back at me. Too bad I'm not down because it's such a nutritious/affordable meat choice.

  2. You're missing out, Dan. Liver packs a powerful nutritional punch. What about other forms of offal, i.e., organ meat?

  3. Not down! I've eaten it all... in Jordan I even ate me some sheep brains a couple times. But at the end of the day I don't enjoy eating that kind of stuff so I never buy it. About the most non-traditional meat cut I ever buy is beef tongue.
